How will my order be shipped?
Shipping
We ship most orders via USPS Priority Mail with a flat shipping rate of $8.99 per order. Some items require special handling and/or extra insurance. Your package will include tracking and insurance for added peace of mind.
We currently ship exclusively to the 48 states. Orders are processed and shipped the same day of purchase.
Holiday Shipping Notice:
Please note that USPS Priority Mail recommends shipping by December 19th to reasonably expect delivery by Christmas. As we approach the holidays, shipping delays may occur due to increased demand. We encourage early shopping to ensure your package arrives on time.
How will my order be packed?
Carefully. Each item is wrapped in tissue paper, and/or placed in a plastic bag as appropriate. Then they are wrapped in bubblewrap, and shipped in a USPS Priority mail box.
My jewelry shows wear, or has a patina
- All items are sold as-is due to their vintage, pre-owned nature. Minor imperfections and signs of age are part of the unique character of vintage jewelry and will be noted in product descriptions.
What if I want to return my order?
Returns and Refunds
We take pride in offering unique, pre-owned vintage jewelry. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final except in the following limited cases:
1. If the product is not as described on our website.
2. If the product is damaged during shipping.
For eligible refunds:
You must contact us within **48 hours** of delivery at info@luckylassjewelry.com.
Please include your order number,
Provide a detailed description and clear photos of the issue.
If approved, we will refund the original purchase price to your payment method.
I saw a piece I really like, but it's sold. Will it be restocked?
Sorry, but all items are unique. If you'd like to get advance notice of catalog additions, suscribe using the form below - in addition to being the first to see new pieces, you'll recieve special discounts.
