Burmese Ruby Sterling Silver Ring with Diamonds size 6.5

This gorgeous Ruby ring is bold and beautiful. The oval cut Ruby, measuring about 7mm by 10mm, is surrounded by a sing row of clear stones, with a bit of a design going down. The clear stones tested positive as diamonds, but I am not sure these are. It measures about a size 6-6.5 and is in great condition. Marked with a "Y" inside a circle, and also "925 CHINA". Made of sterling silver, this may be rhodium plated for the best appearance and no tarnishing. Simply stunning. From a high end estate.
