Vintage 18K HGE Cameo Ring size 6.5

This stunning ring is a vintage piece, most likely mid-20th century, and features a wonderfully carved shell cameo surrounded by 18K hydro-electroplated gold. It fits about a size 6-6.5. The ring is in excellent condition and may have never been worn. It is marked inside the band "18K HGE . I'm not sure what the last mark is for, but it could be just denoting that this piece has actual precious metal or gemstones in it (the gold). From a high end estate.
