This amazing Eilat Stone ring was made in Israel. It has at least 3 marks on the outside of the bottom of the ring. One mark is the Israeli symbol of gold purity, with "585" (14K gold). One stamp looks like a "F" and a lady, and another stamp that looks like a large S broken up when stamped. There is an additional mark that looks a bit like a "J". Unsure if this is a deliberate mark or wear of some sort. Eilat stones are made from the area they were once mined, Eilat Israel. They are also known as "Solomon's Stone", and is also the national stone of Israel. Most likely from the 1970s, made by a master Jeweler or silversmith. The stone is very nice, large, with a mostly green coloration. I think the design looks like an upside down wicker basket, perhaps drawing from the story of Moses. A stunning piece! From a high end estate.
